We took a trip over to Bishop pumpkin farm a Zarges tradition since Izzy was in Pre-school. It was really fun! Karlie was really cute we took her into the petting zoo and all the goats were named Rocket and she kept calling them by making a kissy sound and an attempt to snap. The best was her trying to feed them the hay that is just on the ground. The kids had fun getting pumpkins and playing and thanks to Grandpa getting treats like caramel apples, ice cream, and cider. It's one of my favorite things about fall.

Apple Hill
We went to apple hill this weekend and had a blast! The kids had so much fun picking apples and eating carmel apples. Its was a beautiful day the weather was perfect. On our way home I asked the kids what their favorite part of the day was and they all agreed the whole day was their favorite part. It is really fun to be able to take your kids somewhere your parents always took you as a child and then be able to experience it from a parents view yourself.
look out we have a teenager!
its official we have a teenager in the house! Izzy turned thirteen on Oct 2 it feels really weird to have a teenager. She now feels like she should run the place. For her birthday I took her to the mall and had her make-up done it was a lot of fun! Daddy was not ready to let go of having a little girl and say yes to make-up so we are just going to stick with mascara for now. Isabella is turning into such a beautiful young lady. WE LOVE YOU IZ!

bows are pretty
Thank you Auntie Kate for all my beautiful bows I love them your the best. I love having friends with talents. Kate Mason made me a boat load of bows for the girls they are so cute I love the Halloween ones and the one she is wearing in her picture. Some people you meet in your life time you just really connect with and Kate is one of those people for me. She is a very loving giving person and I am so grateful for her friendship I just wish she was closer. I love you Kate!
Karlie Karlie Karlie
Man I have been busy the last couple weeks. Soccer sure keeps us busy. There have been a few things I thought were cute that have happened the last few weeks so I thought I would share a few of them with you. Karlie is so much fun and so different then my other four. She LOVES to be outside the other day I went out to find that she thought she needed a day at the spa so she was inventing her own way of getting a pedicure.
Then there is her mouth. Kiss the neighborhood goodbye! she is teaching all the kids bad words she likes to tell the dog to sit or the kids to sit. However it sounds a little different so then they repeat what it sounds like she is saying, oops! so sorry if shes a bad influence but she really is saying SIT. Her new thing is also calling her sister Isabella it is so cute and she will say it over and over its a game. I hope you enjoy her as much as I do.

Time-Out
This last weekend was a fun filled somewhat crazy one. I went with a six of my friends to go to time-out for women it was AMAZING to say the least. It was Fri night and Sat all day so we just got a room and stayed down in Sacramento it was a lot of fun. It was my first time to ever leave Karlie over night I thought it would be so hard, but my friends had me laughing so hard I cried it was hard to miss her when I was having so much fun. We stayed up till 2:45 Am and then had to get up at 5:45 AM so it made a short night. Thanks to all my friends who helped me to have so much fun. I called Chris first chance I got and found out if he survived the night. Karlie slept like a baby all night not waking up once and that they were all doing great.
It was also the Kids First Soccer games I felt bad that I was going to miss them. I had called and wished them good luck. All three of them had a great time and they all played goalie for part of their games. Sadly they all lost I will spare you the details of that. But the most important part is they had fun. Delia came to help Chris with Karlie while I was gone. He is a awesome father and a super hero in my eyes but taking 5 Kids to soccer and coaching would be impossible with a 19 month old running everywhere. So all day Sat. Dee had Emily and Karlie she took them out to lunch and to the store where she spoiled all the kids. Thank you Dee! We love you! Its was nice to not have to worry about my Kids this weekend so Thank you to you and to Chris! It was nice to come home and have my boys run out to greet me and say how much I was missed. However I think Aunite Dee's Wii was better.

Bugs
Well this weekend the kids were out in the backyard when they came across this really cool bug. It looks like a leaf. Emily thinks that its called a leaf bug but I don't know what its really called. It looks just like a half a leaf It was really cool though. They all wanted to hold it Christopher pretended to kiss it and the neat thing is this bug has these like transparent wings and flies. Like I said it was cool and I am not a bug person.

Best Grandma in the World
19 months
It is so amazing to me how fast time goes by. Karlie turned 19 months today. She is so smart and so cute. Some of her favorite things are animals especially dogs, babies, reading books, playing the piano, dancing, going for walks and really anything outside, she loves shoes and loves to say thank you. Her favorite shows are my friends Tiger and Pooh she loves Darby, Barney, and play with me Sesame, and she loves little Mermaid. Some of her cute moments lately are when she hears the neighbors dogs barking she says " No, Bad dog shut-up" as she points and waves her finger in the direction of the barking. She is constantly telling us "I like that" and letting us know what she doesn't like as well. On Tues the 26 of August she went potty in the big girl potty all by herself. I was ecstatic and she has asked to go potty a few times since it would be nice for her to potty train but we will see I'm sure I probably just jinxed it. Well we are so glad to have Karlie in our family she really made it complete and has brought us so much joy. we love you Kar!

Back to School
Back to school its a bitter sweet. I really have enjoyed having the kids home this summer so am a little sad to send them off to school. It's hard to believe Isabella is a big 7th grader I am starting to feel old. Christopher started 5th grade and is really excited. Emily is a big 3rd grader. And last but not least Mason is in 1st and went to school today and had no separation issues like last year it was really nice, my baby boy is growing up. Karlie is almost 19months old and rules the house she seems to be the star wherever we go we are so blessed to have her in our home.
